Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Rev Haus Auto, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our customers, including auto detailing and Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a no-refund policy for most cases. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

1. Car Wash and Detailing Services

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of detailing and car wash services, Rev Haus Auto does not offer refunds once these services have been performed.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a car wash or detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion. We will assess the issue and offer to rework the service or provide a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Services

  • No Refunds After Service: Once PPF installation has been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you find any issues with the PPF installation due to workmanship, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will inspect the installation and make any necessary corrections.

  • Pre-Installation Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled PPF installation, we require a 48-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Car Wash and Detailing Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • PPF Services: For PPF appointments, we ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Refunds for Payment Processing Errors

If a payment is processed incorrectly or if we are unable to provide the service you requested due to circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
